John Florenca
Chief Executive Officer
John Florenca is CEO of Omnitronics Australia and President of Omnitronics Incorporated in the USA.
Prior to his appointment as CEO, John spent 10 years as the Engineering Manager of Omnitronics where he managed the development of radio communications interfaces and radio dispatch systems.
Over the past five years, John has focused on the integration of VoIP technology into the Omnitronics product range and the application of the technology to land mobile radio.
He holds an Applied Science degree and a Masters degree from Curtin University in Western Australia.
Alan Parker
Chief Operations Officer, Omnitronics Inc USA
Alan Parker is an experienced Business Development manager who has worked in Omnitronics for the past 25 years. He has been responsible for developing business in a number of market segments, including the vitally important Public Safety area, where he has been instrumental in the development and promotion of interoperability products for radio communications. He has also been successful in managing Distribution alliances in export markets, including Asia, Europe and the USA. He is a solutions focused person and is adept at working with customers to identify the solution that best fits their needs.
Bruce Forward
Manager Oceania & International Sales
Bruce is manager of the Omnitronics Oceania office which services the Eastern States of Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Region. Bruce is also responsible for all international markets excluding North America.
Bruce has been with Omnitronics for over 10 years. Along with his technical background, he has some 18 years experience in Technical Sales, Key Account Management, Business Development and Sales Management in the radio communications industry.
Frank Longbottom
VP Engineering
Frank is the Vice President of Engineering. Part of this role as Engineering Manager carries the responsibility of ensuring the quality of products and timely delivery of projects.
Frank has 20 years experience of working in a variety of fields including Data Acquisition and Control, Biomedical, Automation and Control and Communications.
Formal qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering Degree and Master of Engineering Degree.
Kor Snyman
Product and Projects Manager
Kor is responsible for the management of DX64 and selected development projects. He is also responsible for facilitating the product design and upgrade processes.
He has worked internationally as a design engineer and manager for 25 years in a variety of industries including transport, aeronautics, defense and communication.
He joined Omnitronics in 2007. His formal qualifications include Masters Degrees in Business Administration (MBA) and Electronic Engineering.
Micheal Parker
Business Development Manager, Australia – West/Central Regions
Micheal has in excess of ten years of service with Omnitronics and more than thirty years experience working in the communications and electronics industry.
Micheal has a technical background and has worked on many national and international projects with involvement in all project phases including planning, design, construction, commissioning and maintenance.
Bobby Brooks
VP Sales, North America
Bobby has 12 years experience in wireless communications infrastructure representing
manufacturing, installation, and management companies. Prior to joining Omnitronics Inc,
Bobby served as Systems Sales Manager for Zetron Inc. Bobby is a graduate of
Purdue University.
