The Port Authority of NSW has installed an Omnitronics Dispatch Management System at its operations at Sydney Harbour and Botany Bay.

The challenge presented to Omnitronics was to work with the Port Authority and develop a system that required a highly configurable, yet simple to use dispatch solution, for managing communications across the many vessels that come into Sydney Harbour and Port Botany on a daily basis. This including cruise ships, bulk goods, container shipping, tugboats and smaller vessels..

Due to the customizability of the Dispatch Console, the system is able to easily and efficiently manage the heavy amount of vessel traffic.
