An Electronics Engineer with a solid background and passion for Technology, Communications and Software solutions. Over the past 20+ years, John has amassed a wealth of International Sales Management and Business Leadership experience. John’s ultimate passion is within the technology and communications space. John completed his Engineering studies within Europe and has moved into the CEO role after 5 years of successfully leading the Omnitronics Global Sales Team strategy from our head office in Perth, Australia.

John joined Omnitronics in 2017. His formal qualifications include Business Management and an Honours Degree (Distinction) in the field of Electronic Engineering.

Tina joined the Omnitronics Executive Team with over 20 years of experience in strategic International Marketing, Product Development and Training across B2B and B2C environments around the world. Heading up the global Marketing function for the organisation, her data-driven ambition adds strategic business insights to Marketing and other organisational capabilities. With her team she is working towards 25% p.a. growth in Brand Awareness and Brand Engagement across global markets. Tina’s ‘Baby Steps’ approach contributes achievable continuous process improvements to organisational processes, systems and internal & external communications & engagement.

Tina joined Omnitronics in 2018 and holds MBA (Marketing) and BIntBA (Marketing) degrees as well as a Diploma in Training Design, a Diploma in Training & Education and a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment. She is certified in Advanced Google Analytics and AdWords Search, and a professional member of the Australian Marketing Institute.

Since joining Omnitronics in 2018, Sam has become a driving force behind operational excellence across the business. With a strong foundation in finance and deep experience spanning oil and gas, IT, logistics, and construction, she brings a strategic, big-picture perspective to every challenge.

As Chief Operations Officer, Sam leads the Finance, Supply Chain, Technical Support and US Operations teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and a commitment to quality across all areas of the company. Her focus on efficiency, transparency, and continuous improvement underpins the Omnitronics mission to deliver reliable, high-performing solutions to customers worldwide.

Paul brings to Omnitronics more than 30 years of experience in developing embedded software across several industries, including rail, mining, power, banking and communications.

Over the years his ingenuity has shaped a number of radio & communications products to world class standard, including as Team Leader Embedded Development for Omnitronics Radio over IP products and Digital Radio Interfaces.

Currently, Paul leads the Innovation and New Product Development teams at Omnitronics . His formal qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering and GradDip of Management.

Dave joined Omnitronics in 2023 as Software Development Team Leader. With a comprehensive background spanning over a decade in software development, testing, operations, and project management he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Omnitronics. His professional journey has taken him across diverse industries including oil and gas, finance, professional services, emergency and health services, each providing him with unique domain knowledge. For several years he has also served as a volunteer firefighter, an experience which granted him a novel perspective on communication technologies. 

Presently, Dave’s role involves leading the software development team to ensure the seamless, consistent, and high quality delivery of the omnicore Radio Dispatch Management System, while also exploring additional opportunities for product development.
