Want to be successful in this role? Here’s what you need:
- At least 4 years of software development experience (we’re talking requirements analysis, design, implementation, and testing)
- A positive, friendly, hardworking, and responsible attitude (no grumpy pants allowed)
- The ability to independently tackle complex problems (you’re a problem-solving superstar!)
- A degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or something similar (show us those smarts!)
- Flexibility and a focus on results and deliverables (think yoga meets get-it-done attitude)
- A knack for learning new skills and technology (we love a curious mind)
A desire and ability to contribute to the team and the sprint backlog (we’re all in this together) - Excellent communication skills with both techies and non-techies (you can translate geek-speak into plain English)

Do you have the skills of a coding superhero?
We need someone who can wield the mighty powers of .NET and C# with ease. But that’s not all – we’re looking for a true master of software design principles, architecture, cloud hosting, web applications, and more:
- If you can handle the magic of SOLID, design patterns, and architecture design, then we want you on our team. Experience with cloud hosting platforms like Azure and AWS is a definite plus.
- We need someone who can handle both local and cloud-hosted web applications, from server to client. If you’re skilled in Microsoft MVC, ASP.Net, ReactiveX, SignalR, and WebAPI, you’ll fit right in.
- But wait, there’s more! Are you a pro at UI design with Windows Forms, WPF, MVC, TPL, TPL DataFlow, and Microsoft Reactive Framework? Can you wrangle databases like a boss, with skills in SQL, Entity framework, LINQ, and database redundancy? We need you!
- Familiarity with Scrum Agile processes, mobile platform development, DevOps Engineering, GIS experience, and Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) using tools like Jenkins are also highly desired.
