We are very proud to know that many of our products perform reliably for decades!
Unfortunately that doesn’t mean that all parts are always available forever and we have to cease spare parts and support on some mature solutions. That said, each of our End of Life products always has an upgrade path with a similar or better version of the previous system and we offer FREE Systems Audits* for any Omnitronics user that wants to know where their system stands.
We may still have last quantities of spare parts in stock, so if you are an existing user, it’s always worthwhile checking in to see if any spare parts you need are still available for purchase. No promises made, but it doesn’t hurt asking.
How do I Upgrade my Dispatch Application from Windows 7 to Windows 10?
Omnitronics Dispatch Solutions DX-64, RediTALK, and non-current versions of DX-Altus, are not compatible with Windows 10 and deemed End-of-Life. For customers without a current omnicare Premium Support & Maintenance Plan, please refer to the suitable upgrade path for Windows 10 compatible Dispatch options.
